A Strong and Visionary Leader for Our Future

Neal spent his formative years in Cincinatti, Ohio. Where he graduated from Princeton High School and the University of Cincinnati, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance. During his time there, he honed his budgeting skills, becoming a master at balancing the books.

Neal’s thirst for knowledge led him to Rutgers University, where he obtained a Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Supply Chain and Marketing. For him, studying these disciplines was like playing a game of chess, and he relished the challenge.

After spending some time in Stamford, CT, Neal and his wife Ruchi decided to settle down in Middlesex County. They bought three different homes over the years, and had two beautiful children, Anushka (17) and Aaryan (14), who are the apple of their eyes. Neal is not only a family man but also a sports enthusiast. He has been coaching youth sports such as basketball, soccer, and baseball since 2010, where he learned the art of strategy and team-building.

Brings Fresh Perspective to New Jersey Politics: From Ohio to the Garden State

Neal started his career as an auditor at Federated Department Stores, where he learned how to spot the loopholes, just like a detective. Later, he transitioned to working as a management consultant for various companies such as the Port of Authority, BPA, and Reed-Elsevier. He finally opened his own boutique consulting firm and worked with companies such as Douglas Eliman and Cohen Reznick. Eventually, he joined Verizon as a marketing executive, where he mastered the art of communication.

Now, Neal has decided to throw his hat in the ring for the 2023 New Jersey district 18 Senate race, where he aspires to elevate Middlesex County to the next level through innovative ideas and a more responsible perspective for the district. As a father of two children who have attended public schools, he knows firsthand the challenges faced by families in the area, which is a lot like a game of dodgeball. With the pandemic forcing many residents to stay at home, there are new demands on the infrastructure, which is a lot like building a sandcastle on the beach, it can crumble easily.

Neal plans to use an inclusive approach and listen to the needs of business owners and residents while maintaining the charm that attracted them to the area, like a magician who never reveals his secrets. He intends to prioritize people first and avoid any political or personal agenda when he is elected, unlike some politicians who only care about their own interests. So, if you want someone who will be there for you, like a trusted friend, vote for Neal Shah.
